Trolley Car No. 10 is back ... On Track!
Come ride Trolley Car No. 10, the last surviving trolley car from the
Shelburne Falls & Colrain Street Railway, which once hauled freight from the rail yard in Shelburne Falls to the mills of Colrain, and passengers back to the village for shopping and outings. Riding in this beautifully restored wooden electric trolley car, you can relive the early 20th century.

The bridge, built in 1908 to carry the trolley across the Deerfield River, was converted in 1929 into the now internationally famous Bridge of Flowers after roads were improved and trucking shut down the trolley business. Old No. 10 sat idle in a farmer's field for many decades and even served as a chicken coop during its retirement. It is now 100% restored by the Shelburne Falls Trolley Museum, located in the old freight yard on the Buckland side of Shelburne Falls. Visit the Trolley Museum web site for the operating schedule, and then come ride a piece of history.
