The western part of the state is rich with many specialty food options featuring award-winning locally made items such as organic yogurt, cheeses, chocolates, freshly grown and organic vegetables and fruits, organic free trade coffees, specialty brewed beers and meads.

We are home to a Community Development Center which helps budding entrepreneurs make these great food items into specialty foods such as Bar-B-Q sauces, ice cream, natural sodas, ice cream sauces, chutneys, jams, salsas and so much more.
