We are home to a Community Development Center which helps budding entrepreneurs make these great food items into specialty foods such as Bar-B-Q sauces, ice cream, natural sodas, ice cream sauces, chutneys, jams, salsas and so much more. Eat your way across the Mohawk Trail and experience some of the greatest specialty foods around.
