Description
On Saturday, November 3rd, from 5-9 pm, Art Under the Stars’ shoes will lead you on an Art Walk in Shelburne Falls. Stroll across the Deerfield River and through dozens of shops, galleries and restaurants for an evening of new exhibits, receptions with artists, studio demonstrations, interactive art, and delicious treats. Gaze out over Salmon Falls and the glacial potholes, walk the Bridge of Flowers, and enjoy the evening under the stars in this jewel of an artisan’s village. Art Under the Stars is free to the public and there will be plenty to do and see.
Shelburne Falls with a ride on a trolley are both worth a trip from anywhere in New England. Shelburne Falls was itself named “one of the prettiest small towns in New England” and is full of artisan shops, galleries, restaurants and attractions such as the historic Bridge of Flowers and the Glacial Potholes of the Deerfield River. Shelburne Falls is only two hours from Boston and 45 minutes from Springfield on Route 2 heading west to the Berkshires.
