The MA Small Business Development Center Network is holding a Marketing Basics workshop at the FCCDC which will focus on the basic disciplines of marketing, beginning with research - secondary, primary, qualitative and quantitative. The core focus will be on developing and keeping a customer. Topics will include public relations, advertising, understanding marketing and developing a marketing plan.
