Description
Chair Yoga classes with Jean Erlbaum will be held at the Montague Senior Center, 62 5th Street, Turners Falls on Tuesdays. These classes offer a good stretch and strengthening for muscles, oiling for joints and fun! Peope from all towns and of all skill levels, including folks in wheelchairs, are invited.
There is a discounted price of $2.00 for each class. Pre-registration is not required.
