Description
Greenfield Zen holds sittings on Mondays, from 7:15-8:45 at Green River Yoga, 158 Main St., suite #6, Greenfield, Ma. (above World Eye Books). All are welcome to join us as we practice sitting and walking Zen meditation. Both group and individual instruction are offered and beginners are invited to come at 7:00 pm for initial instruction. Donations to cover expenses are appreciated but not required. Please bring your own sitting cushion if you have one. (We do have several cushions and chairs to share.)
