Join us for this workshop offered as a community service by Annie Hassett, teacher of Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong and Inner Independence.
Come get a vitality boost in the middle of winter and learn how to be your own best Valentine. Each week will center on an aspect of healing, and guest teachers will include Diana Allen, Holistic Nutritional Counselor and Jan Wiltjer, Shiastu and Reiki Master.
