Mass4Hire

We just launched!

Mass4Hire is committed towards helping contractors, consultants, and freelancers alike, find jobs in their area. Instead of other online job postings that pin you against people around the world, Mass4Hire focuses only on local opportunities in the New England area, giving the job seeker a better chance of finding a job and giving the employer a better chance of finding a valuable candidate.

Mass4Hire is geared specifically for New England residents ONLY. Home owners or Small Businesses can post positions of anywhere from needing a babysitter to needing a website for their company. Besides that, it is a great way for individuals to market themselves or their businesses to the community. Having a web presence for you company is crucial today, but its costly. Business can take advantage of this great marketing and exposure opportunity to help spread the word about their product or service. Students can benefit from using Mass4Hire to post a resume and apply for intern positions and more.

Mass4Hire helps eliminate the "word of mouth" form of advertising that small communities tend to lean on. You can post a job and allow people from all over New England to look at it and can apply. You never know who could be just a town or a county away that has a lot of expertise in the area you are looking for. As well as being a great place for posting jobs, Small Businesses can benefit from having an electronic resume or profile of their business on Mass4Hire.

So what does it cost?

There are two areas of Mass4Hire.com. The first is Jobs. Jobs have a lifespan on the site, averaging out at 30 days.

Job Packs:

Free Trial - Post a 15 day job with no worries or commitment. No credit card or anything, you just create an account and post away!
Standard Listing - $25 for a 30 day job posting, and only $10 to re-list the job after the 30 days are up.
Multi Listing - For $50 you can submit 3 jobs at different times and they last for 30 days. Save $25!
Featured - You can make your job appear at the top of the list with a Featured listing. This costs $50 and can be well worth it when there are a lot of jobs to sort through.

The second part of Mass4Hire is the Resumes. This is an area that can be great for advertising as well as having an electronic resume on the web. An individual can create a resume and apply for jobs in their area or a company or small business can create an electronic profile/resume which is a great way to get exposure. Oh and I almost forgot to mention, posting a resume is FREE!
