Ying Quartet: Concerts at 7 at Plainfield Congregational Church

The Ying Quartet: Robin Scott and Janet Ying, violins; Phillip Ying, viola; David Ying, cello. They will perform Béla Bartók’s string quartet no. 2; Derek Bermel’s Songs of Nameless Ancestors; Antonín Dvořák’s string quartet in F major, Op. 96, “American.”

Founded in 2009,  Concerts at 7 is a volunteer nonprofit arts program of the Plainfield Congregational Church. We sponsor a summer chamber music series at the church, presenting four concerts each August.
