Rich is the Digital Navigator for United Way of Franklin and Hampshire Region, offering FREE tech support and digital skills training across Franklin County for individuals and organizations. He helps community members access affordable internet, set up and use devices, and navigate essential online services like email, telehealth, job applications, and more." p.s. I am making an appointment with Rich during drop-in hours at the Greenfield Public Library to learn how to better organize the photos on my laptop.
