Get ready for a first-ever event! To celebrate Mother’s Day weekend, Patten Hill Flower Farm is launching our very first Drive-up Flower Shop.
If you’re heading up the Mohawk Trail, we’ve made it incredibly easy to grab a stunning, farm-fresh bouquet or vase arrangement for Mom (or yourself!).
Fuel up with your favorite coffee and pick up a bundle of locally grown blooms in one easy stop. Celebrate Mom, Grandmother, or a special mentor in your life with the best of our farm flowers. We can't wait to see you on the Trail
