Our Hills Are Alive With Music!

From our nationally recognized chamber music concert series to the Shelburne Falls Military Band, the oldest in the country, to our annual Porch Music Festival, there are plenty of musical events to enjoy.

Many of our local businesses host music performances multiple times a week, year-round. You can also experience traditional folk styles at a local play or from a fiddle, listen to original music or rock at a local brewery, or enjoy Reggae at a festival in Charlemont or a block party in Shelburne Falls.

Shelburne Falls Porch Music Festival (PorchFest)

11 am - 6 pm

The Porch Music Festival features lively and diverse local musical acts, from folk and rock to jazz and classical.

This year, more than 40 performances will be staged on the porches of homes throughout the village, creating a welcoming and intimate setting to enjoy live music.

Mohawk Trail Concerts

Mohawk Trail Concerts has been presenting chamber music in a friendly and informal atmosphere since 1970. Chamber music, played at the highest level, in a beautiful setting with fantastic acoustics, is what Mohawk Trail Concerts is all about.
